Shipping & returns

Reed Prints operates on a first-come-first-serve printing schedule (unless a rush order is negotiated and placed) and fulfills orders in the order they are received between printing sessions. Customers are kindly asked to be patient when waiting to receive orders, and keep in mind that, while technical in nature, photographic printmaking is an art form before it is a commercial process, and the work takes intentional time and dedication. While Reed Prints strives to achieve the highest quality in printmaking, results may vary from customers expectations given the nature of artistic printing processes, and by ordering work from Reed Prints, customers acknowledge that this is the case. Customer dissatisfaction is not necessarily grounds for reimbursement, and any case of customer complaint will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Given the one-of-a-kind nature of printmaking, returns are not accepted. In the rare case that there is a defect in produced work, Reed Prints will take all possible efforts to correct, replace, or refund defected products.

Privacy policy

The nature of photographic printmaking requires the customer to share potentially sensitive or private information with Reed Prints, including but not limited to digital photographic files and photographic negatives. By ordering work from Reed Prints, customers are authorizing Reed Prints to store and archive such information for the sole purpose of fulfilling the customers orders. Reed Prints agrees to maintain the privacy of this information and agrees not to use or disseminate this information for any other reason that the fulfillment of print orders, unless additional permission is granted by the customer.
